My friend I am completely confident that we shall overcome the Italian team this weekend, we lost with France because Santi Phelan didn’t have enough time to rearm our team. I must remind you that many players aren’t the same of 2007. Agustin Pichot was a tremendous skipper with lots of charisma, Felipe Contepomi who I know personally (both we are former Cardinal Newman) is a great guy, one of the best fly half in the world and he has the character and strong personality that we need for a captain, everybody respects him a lot. Many of our boys are still playing in our National Championship or in the Buenos Aires League, which is completely amateur. But some of them are real promises from the Argentine rugby. I am glad to see that Juan M. Hernandez will play versus Italy. Or in this case we must say Argentina II, it is quite simple most of them like Gonzalo Garcia, Pablo Canavosio, Sergio Parisse (captain), Carlos Nieto, Fabio Ongaro, Matias Agüero and Gonzalo Canale are Argentines born in Argentina, lived almost all their lives here and learned rugby in Argentina not Italy, which is not a country of rugby players). Nevertheless, and in spite of the absence of some of our best players because their severe injuries like Ignacio Corleto and others playing in France and the UK, we are convinced that this time our Pumas will prevail, I take it for granted.
